On behalf of the organising committee of Botswana Worlds 2011, I would first and foremost like to thank all the candidates who applied to be Deputy Chief Adjudicators, for volunteering to devote their time and talents to work for this tournament. We had a incredibly competitive field of applicants, which is partly why we took longer than we intended to decide our final team. We would also like to thank all of you who wrote in to give feedback and engaged our queries, and helped us choose the best candidates.
