ADAM results

Another Day at Melbourne was again a grand success. This year, the number of teams entered was so large that we broke to quarter-finals:

2. Matty K's Ill-thought-through Redemption (Steve Hind, Julia Bowes, Naomi Oreb) (University of Sydney)
3. S.T.D. (Sashi Balaraman, Kiran Iyer, Victor Finkel) (Monash University)
4. 2.5 Asians (Melany Tedja, Rob Koh, Roland Dillon) (Monash University/University of Melbourne)
5. Bradomily (Dominic Thurbon, Emily Heath, Brad Lancken) (University of Sydney)
6. Sam, Conk, and the Drunken Idiot (Sam Greenland, Katherine Connolly, Giselle Kenny) (University of Sydney)
7. Raw Prawns (Paul Karp, Patrick Wall, Will Clegg) (University of Sydney)
8. Ministry of Chat (Ashleigh Shand, Felicity Wilson, Thomas Hosking) (Macquarie University)

After a hotly-contested finals series, Matty K's Ill-thought-through Redemption emerged as the winners of ADAM 2008.

The best speaker was Naomi Oreb from the University of Sydney. The best novice speaker was Steph D'Souza, also from the University of Sydney, who was also ranked equal 9th best speaker overall.
