I've had a query from a student going to spend some time studying in Marseilles. He wants to know if there are any debating societies in the area. I'm not aware of any but if anyone reading this can help please post a comment.
I think there's a good chance of something going on there. S/he should contact the organisers of Paris IV (google it), who should be in touch with French debsocs.
