What the motion means: Donor siblings would be children born to provide a donation of an organ or marrow or stem cells to their older brother/sister. It is not cloning but sometimes when a child needs a transplant and there is no option to provide that then the parents have another child to see if that child will be a suitable donor. It would only apply to organs where the transplant will not kill the donor (e.g. marrow, kidney etc).
What does the comment about cheating etc mean: Nothing. It's just someone hiding behind Anonymous to troll. I was in fact late posting the motion which I got off Twitter not early and the time zone issues seem to be causing confusion. I have no advance notice of any motions.
Why was this motion uploaded an hour before the round began?
ReplyDeletecheating !! match-fixing !!
ReplyDeleteIt was actually uploaded about an hour after the round but I am in Newfoundland and time zones are a bit messed up.
ReplyDeleteNo, I was online at a quarter to 2 and it was up. Had you just uploaded it then or what?
ReplyDeleteI got it from Twitter. I am at a family wedding in the next parish over from Galway which happens to be 3500 miles away in Newfoundland.
ReplyDeleteWhere on Twitter out of interest?
ReplyDeleteAnyone want to explain what this actually means?
