Euros 2011 Motion for Rd 4

The motion for round 4 of the 2011 European Debating Championships in Galway is

THBT Barack Obama should have vetoed any debt deal that did not increase taxation.

    I think that Barack Obama is as relevant as some for the EU countries. Why make it specifically American in the E-UDC?
