Moscow Open 2009

Dear friends!
We are happy to invite you to the Moscow Open 2009 parliamentary debates tournament.

We offer you fantastic debates, challenging and interesting motions, cool socials, a lot of new friends and loads of positive emotions.

Dates: November 28-29, 2009

Venue: MGIMO University, Moscow

Format: BP (WUDC Style), 6 minutes speeches, 5 preliminary rounds, motions announced 15 before the round.

Financials: no participation fee for international teams and judges.

Socials: crazy party on Saturday with limited free alcohol and meals.

Accomodation: at participants' expense (appr. 20 USD per night) or crash (on first come-first served basis).

VISA SUPPORT: We were told that the most terrifying thing about coming to Russia is getting visa. Don't worry! MGIMO University is supervised by the Ministry of International Relations of Russia and we promise suport on all stages of application and FREE visa to those who apply for the tournament at least 3 weeks before the tournament and comply with all conditions.
