Details of International Mace Final

Dear all,
It gives me great pleasure to announce the details of the ESU International John Smith Memorial Mace Final. The final will take place on the 24 April at 7pm in the Signet Library in Edinburgh
The draw is:
First proposition – Ireland (team to be confirmed)
First opposition – England, Oxford University (Jonathan Leader Maynard and Alex Worsnip)Second proposition – Scotland, University of St. Andrews (Daniel Berman and Tom Cahn)
Second opposition – Wales, Cardiff University (Matthew Clarke and Craig Sutherland)

The motion is:
This House believes that development aid to Africa does more harm than good
