Worlds Semi Final and Motion

The motion for the semi finals of the 2009 world debating championships final is:

This house believes governments should subsidise private home ownership.

The motion for the EFL final is

This house would prohibit all private health care.

    I don't think I'd want to be in the back half. There's a lot of decent material for first gov and opp but not heaps for the second teams. Assuming first teams do their jobs that is.
