TCD Hist win the UCD IV

TCD Hist (Shane Farragher & John Moriarty) has won the UCD IV. Brian O'Beirne (TCD Phil) was the best speaker on the tab. More deetails can be found at http://www.ucd.ie/lnh/index.htm
