Debate Federation "Stolytsya" cordially invites you to the 5th Jubilee Kyiv Spring 2007 International Debate Tournament.
The tournament will take place in Kyiv, Ukraine on May 4 – 6, 2007.
We'll be offering you 4 preliminary rounds of high-quality debating, semifinals and the Grand Final. Breaking the tradition of the past 2 years and returning to the origins of the tournament there willbe closed and semi closed motions. As usual thetournament will be held in British Parliamentaryformat.
Participation fee is 20 US Dollars ($) per debatersand 15 US Dollars ($) per adjudicator. The fee coversaccommodation, meals and break night party.
Take advantage of an opportunity to participate inengaging debate rounds, relax before the summer examsin the company of debate friends, prepare for the EUDCand discover the beauty of ancient Kyiv.
