    1. THW not require parole applicants to confess their guilt.
    2. TH supports a state's right to pre-emptive strike.
    3. THB unions have outlived their usefulness.
    4. THW use disaster relief as a tool of diplomacy.
    5. THW limit expenditures on palliative care.

    Quarters: Something about Northern Ireland.
    Semis: ??? Possibly something about sports salaries.

    There were no quarter-finals.
    Semis was: THB in home rule for Northern Ireland.
