E-mail from Dublin

Hello all,

We need all institutions registered for the P&G Careers WUDC to indicate their dietary requirements on the registration system by Sunday 20th November. We will be placing our orders that Monday. Those of you who have not specified your needs (eg, kosher, halal, vegetarian, vegan) may well not be provided with the appropriate food if you do not register. We cannot delay any longer in making our orders, so book now to avoid disappointment.

On the matter of accommodation requirements, we will be putting together rooming lists quite soon. We need you to indicate your accommodation needs by Wednesday 16th. This means that under other requirements you tell us if you need extra nights (we will give two nights before and three after at a rate of EUR 35 per person per night), a single room (again, EUR 35 pppn),have a preferred sharing partner, have someone you can't share with, etc., etc., etc.

I look forward to seeing you all in Dublin,

Regards,

John Harvey,
Deputy Convenor,
P&G Careers WUDC,
