Pan-Africans (PAUDC) 2011 Results

Following the tragic news about the Namabian teams returning home after PAUDC I decided to hold off posting this as a mark of respect (it felt strange to celebrate the winners given what had happened). To make up for the delay in making the announcement I decided to post during Worlds when the visits to the site are busiest so here are the results from the recent PAUDC.

Octos = THW ban the payment of bride price
Round 9 = THBT government decisions concerning the environment should be independent of the will of the electorate
Round 8 = THW establish a special tax on high earning sportsmen to fund the development of sport
Round 7 = THW cap family spending on funerals in Africa
Round 6 = THW establish vocational high schools in addition to ordinary academic high schools
Round 5 = THBT African countries should not sell any mineral rights to foreign owned companies or foreign governments
Round 4 = THW forcibly test its citizens for HIV
Round 3 = THW ban political parties that use religious rhetoric in their election campaigns
Round 2 = THW require governments to outsource their police force to private companies
Round 1 = THBT at no stage in their lives do children have any financial obligation to their parents
