Euro 2011 ESL Qtr Motion

The motion for the Qtr Finals of the English as a Second Language competition at the 2011 European Debating Championships in Galway is

THW ban all EU arms companies from selling arms outside the EU.

    Not exactly "boring" but I agree that ESL motions do often seem to be much less exciting than the regular ones.
