This year (as well as in previous) we expect to host up to 40 teams from Russia, CIS and beyond. We don't limit the number of the teams from one university, debating society or country. However, we encourage N-1 rule for adjudication

There will be five preliminary rounds, semifinal and final. Motions will be provided 15 minutes before debates.

The registration fee for the tournament is … absent for participants from other countries- we make it free for you! Observers will be required pay a fee of 20 €.

But we provide you with breakfast, lunch from Saturday to Sunday, free accommodation in university or crash with some Russian debaters (depends on time you will register)

Travel Information
Teams and judges are expected to arrive on Friday evening (8th April) or Saturday morning(9th April) morning and stay until after the Final debate on Sunday (10th April).

For those who will come on Friday we will organize tour across Moscow with our experience guides to give you possibility to check stereotypes about Russia by yourself;)

For non-russian citizens you need visa to come to Russia – for those who will restrate before 1 March we will provide invitation from our university which can help you easy get Russian visa– but you still must to have it to come to Russia and sometimes it gets a lot of time so be sure you do it in advance.
