EFL Final motion and livestream update

The motion for the final of the EFL competition is:

This house would give more votes to the poor.



The final is being held at a military base (that's a first) with no internet access.  Therefore there won't be a live stream of the finals.  The idebate team are recording them and will upload as soon as possible after the finals.

    why the military base, has there been any security issue

    I think it's just a fancy location. No security issues that I'm aware of.
