Round 2 about to start.

Things are running behind schedule an Worlds but round 2 is about to
start. Round 3 is now scheduled for 6:15 local time.

Its not unusual for worlds to run late especially on the first day.
Its frustrating to those waiting around but so much happens behind the
scenes that small things can snowball to create lengthy delays.
