The University of the Philippines Debate Society will be hosting the Philippine Intercollegiate Debating Championship 2010 on April 7-12, 2010 at University of the Philippines, Diliman. The tournament will be in Asians Parliamentary Format and will allot 8 team slots for international teams on a first-come first-served basis. The same registration fee and N-rule will apply. The international teams are non-breaking. The official invitation can be accessed online through the links below. Please forward it to all the members of your institution.
