Tallinn (Estonia) will host the European Debating Championships in 2008.
At today's council meeting they secured 14 country votes while IDC Herzliya (Israel) only got 5.

Congratulations to Tallinn. I'm sure it will be a great tournament. Commiserations to IDC and I hope they will bid again in the future.
