Rd7 Motion: TTH would recognise the legally enforcable right to a minimum standard of living.
It's closed adjudication today so no official results are available. However generally speaking a two or three of teams in the top rooms of round 7 will now have the points and the speaker points to break. Below them the tension will be growing.
